03 Inside the machine
We open it. We wash it all.
Rinsing a filter never reaches the heart of a mini-split. We take the indoor unit apart to reach every part where moisture and dust settle, then clean the outdoor unit too.
Protect and open
Wall and floor protected. We remove the front panel and filters of the indoor unit to reach the components.
Wash the indoor unit
Deep cleaning of the evaporator coil and fins, the drain pan and the drain line so water flows freely.
Blower wheel and anti-mould
The blower wheel is cleaned, then a specialized anti-mould and anti-bacterial product is applied.
Outdoor unit and check
The outdoor unit is cleaned, the unit is reassembled and we check that everything runs properly before we leave.

Yes, the company is insured. Floors and work areas are protected during the visit, and any damage caused by our team is repaired.
05What does the 7-day guarantee cover?
Not satisfied? Call us within 7 days of the visit and we come back to fix it at no charge. It does not cover pre-existing mechanical or electrical problems with your appliances.
06Is a wall-mounted heat pump the same as a mini-split?
Yes. Wall-mounted heat pump, ductless mini-split, wall A/C: an indoor head on the wall connected to an outdoor unit. Same cleaning, same price, outdoor unit included.
